Can I make amendments to my booking?

At AlpinBus, we know that travel plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to modify your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled travel date. You can easily make these adjustments by emailing us at support@alpinbus.com.

While there are no fees for making changes, certain adjustments—such as adding extra passengers or changing your pick-up location—might affect the overall cost of your transfer. Don’t worry; any price changes will be communicated to you clearly. Once your changes are confirmed, we’ll quickly send you an updated booking confirmation.

There may be times, especially during peak travel seasons or with last-minute requests, when we can’t accommodate a specific change. However, rest assured, we’re dedicated to finding the best possible alternative for you.
